GDT: Avalanche at Winnipeg 3/19/2014, game 70

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Jets of Winnipeg tonight in the capital of Manitoba.

John Mitchell hurt his back last night, to what extent we don't know. Kyle Keefe described him as "Hurt and sore but nothing major" on twitter this afternoon. I'm guessing he won't play. Paul Carey was sent down to Lake Erie yesterday, then called right back up at the end of the game. No idea if he's with the team or what, but I bet we see the 7/11 formation regardless with Carey, Giguere and that other guy being the scratches.

This will mark the Avalanche debut for Reto "Yogi" Berra. He's played Winny twice so far and has a win and a loss with a horrid Calgary team so I guess we have a shot tonight.
