Open Thread: MHH Week in Review 9/13/14

Good morning ladies and gents! It was understandably a slow news week as preparations go on behind the scenes for  the season looming less than a month away. Some highlights:

- Rookies report for camp tomorrow and hit the ice on Monday, we've seen many reports of prospects traveling to the Mile High City including this most recent one:

Good luck fellows! MHH will have blow-out-the-budget coverage of practices and whatnot this coming week, lock it in and rip the knob off.

- Full training camp begins on Friday with a cast of thousands. Well, maybe not thousands but we have no idea how many because the fucking club won't release their rosters, even though many here have asked nicely over and over and over...

- Mack and Landy headed East for pix and interviews on the pre-season NHL Media Tour. Rah!

- 2014 7th round pick Julien Nantel started his QMJHL season properly with a goal for Rouyn-Noranda, becoming the first player in the org to score this year. Well done!

- The NHL announced a bunch of confusing rule changes this week. SteveHouse untangles the mess here.
