Erik Johnson to miss the All Star festivities

The Colorado Avalanche have quietly announced that defenseman Erik Johnson has had to pull out of the All Star weekend due to a lower body injury. Johnson was the first defenseman in over a decade to get the nod to represent the Avalanche.
