Whole lotta nothing.
I mean, how else do you describe that? Matt Duchene finally gets on the board this season, scoring a second period power play goal, but what we saw was utter domination by the Kings all night long. Los Angeles won more face-offs, took more shots, got the puck in the net more times. Reto Berra had another strong game in net, but that's about it as far as good Avalanche hockey is concerned.
The Burgundy & Blue team will give it another go on Wednesday against the Carolina Hurricanes. Until then? Yeesh.
Let me just place this here. You may or may not notice the sea of red (bad).
