On Thursday night the Colorado Avalanche will be hunting for their first win of the season. In their first game game of the season the Colorado Avalanche will be taking on the Minnesota Wild.
Last season the Avalanche didn't fare well against the Wild, only winning one game out of five contests. If that wasn't bad enough, they were shutout in three games, and only scoring four goals in five games.
The Avalanche will need to start this season at a much better pace than they did last season, their record heading into November was atrocious. Here's hoping that the Colorado Avalanche from two seasons ago show up tonight!
