Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Swords of Buffalo tonight at the Pepsi Center. Game time is 9:00pm in the ET, 7:00pm in the MT and can be seen on Altitude and GCL with Moser's radio call available from the Avs site.

After a nice rest and some better than expected play from Reto Berra, Semyon Varlamov returns to the Avalanche nets tonight. Erik Johnson is "very close" but not close enough to play in a game. Don't know what happened with the Jesse Winchester comeback but it's apparently been back-burnered for now. No word on Danny B's injury, I assume he's still out.
