GDT: Avalanche vs Penguins 3/4/2015, Game 64

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Penguins of Pittsburgh tonight at the Pepsi Center. Game time is 10:00pm in the ET, 8:00pm lima and can be seen on Altitude and GCL with Moser's radio call available from the Avs site.

As you may have heard, the Avs didn't do anything earth-shaking leading up to the trade deadline but there are a couple of new faces in the lineup tonight. Jordan Caron makes his Avalanche debut at LW on Matt Duchene's line and will be wearing big number 27. Let's hope he does good things. Joey Hishon makes his Avalanche regular season debut tonight as well, centering two useless plugs on the 4th. Good luck with that, kid.

As you read this, the Monsters are just starting the third period of their game with a few new acquisitions as well, Ben Youds, Mat Clark and Freddie Hamilton.

Pre-game ceremonies tonight honoring Alex Tanguay's 1000th NHL game. Old friend Milan Hejduk and many others will be around to dignify the moment. Well done, Tangs!
