The Colorado Eagles have agreed to terms with forward Jackson Houck to a standard player contract. Houck stands at 6'1" and weighs 195 pounds which will no doubt make the Eagles a more ruthless team. Houck was drafted in the 4th round by the Edmonton Oilers in the 2013 NHL Entry Draft, appearing in 10 AHL games with the San Antonio Rampage and the Oklahoma City Barons.
The 21 year old forward have been spending the past five seasons with the Vancouver Giants of the WHL , where he accumulated 107 goals, and 135 assists in 312 games with the Giants and the Calgary Hitmen.
Eagles will be returning home for a Wednesday night game against the Reading Royals with puck drop set for 7:05pm at the Budweiser Events Center.
