Good morning/afternoon ladies and gentlemen, and happy St Valentine's Day! Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Sabres of Buffalo today in the City of Good Neighbors. Game time is 12:30pm in the ET, 10:30am in the Mountain and can be seen on Altitude and GCL. Moser's radio call will be available from the Avs site as usual.

The troubling downward spiral into possession hell continued on Friday with the Avs attempting one shot for detroit's three. And they still won. I think we'd all like to know what the staff are seeing on the ice and better yet, what they are doing about it because it's pretty alarming right now. As far as we know, same guys on the same lines again. Pickard was slated to perhaps start on Friday so we could see a goalie swap. I kinda doubt it.
