Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Canucks of Vancouver tonight at Rogers Arena. Game time is 10:00pm in the ET, 8:00pm in the Mountain and can be seen on Altitude and GCL. Moser's radio call will be available from the Avs site as usual.
The Avs made a trade this afternoon but it won't affect tonight's contest. Shawn Matthias will join the team in Denver this week and it didn't involve a roster player so good-good. Varly will be back in the nets after Pick backstopped the guys to a victory in Edmonton last night. Excellent use of goalie resources for a change. Cody McLeod messed up his hand pretty bad in a fight but he muddled through the rest of the game, I doubt he'll miss time here.
