Memorial Day Weekend GDT - 5/27-29/16

Good evening ladies and gentlemen! The NHL is off until Monday night when the Sharks-Pens Stanley Cup Final begins but there is still fun at the ol' rink going on. The Memorial Cup has its Semi-Final tonight with the beloved Huskies taking on Red Deer. The Final happens Sunday afternoon with the Semi winner vs London.

Memorial Day weekend is also a great time to broaden your sports horizons. The French Open is in full swing, the Giro d'Italia wraps up Sunday, the Monaco GP and the Indy 500 both launch on Sunday, there's plenty of baseball games to take in. I don't know anything about golf, basketball or soccer but I'm there's some around if you need it.

Me, I'm going to build a new deck and with any luck the stain will be dry enough Sunday afternoon to enjoy it while watching Rouyn-Noranda hoist the Memorial Cup. Have a great weekend all.
