GDT: Avalanche vs Predators 1/14/17 - Game #41

Good afternoon ladies and germs. Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Preds of Nashvegas today at the Pepsi Center. Game time is 3:00pm ET, 1:00pm local and will be broadcast on Altitude with Moser’s radio call available as usual.

The Avs reach the halfway point of the season with the completion of today’s match. Time flies when you’re having fun. Matt Duchene gets some badly needed support with the addition of Captain Gabe on the wing. Mack and Mikko now have to drag around #17. The need to showcase vets for the trade deadline means Toots/Beauch, who were extremely terrible vs Anaheim, stay in the lineup and one of the less incompetent Ds will sit. The 4th line has some game time decisions although I’d say Grigo is safe.

Cody McLeod will make his Predators debut today vs his old team. I’d say there’s a good chance we get a montage or some kind of thanks and recognition and plenty of strolls down memory lane from the Altitude crew.
