The beloved Rampage’s long western road trip moves on to the SAP Center tonight for a meeting with the Barracuda. Two wins over the weekend in Tucson have the gang back at .500 again but to break through they need to get over that mark vs the 2nd place team in the division.
Injury/Roster Update
- Jeremy Smith remains with Colorado. Has not played while up there so he’s going to be cold when the Rampage need him again.
- No transactions or players joining the team from the injured list
What we know: Elson (LBI) and Vogelhuber (LBI) out and not skating. Geertsen (?BI) was skating with the team before the trip in a non-contact jersey but didn’t make the trip.

Preview: San Jose
The Rampage are 2-2 vs the Barracuda including a shootout win. This is definitely a winnable game for the Rampage without playing over their heads.
Lineup from Saturday
Whitney - O’Brien - Sislo
Greer - Compher - Grimaldi
Nantel - Bourke - Nunn
Bourque - Henley - Petryk
Bigras - Lindholm
Siemens - Boikov
Young - Clark
Martin
Simpson
Scratched: Belzile, Corbett
Injured: Geertsen, Vogelhuber, Elson
The word on the street is no lineup changes, none needed really. Chris Bigras has a goal and 3 assists in 3 games since reappearing on the ice. Mat Clark made his debut Saturday and I frankly didn’t notice, which means he played a perfect game. The PK shut down the Roadrunners all 9 times they had the chance last weekend and are now the 3rd rated killers in the league.
Schedule
Rampage at San Jose, 10pmET on Ticket 760

This game runs concurrently with Avs/Flames unfortunately, but will almost definitely be more fun to watch.
