While the rest of America complains of the loss of an hour to daylight savings time moving things forward, the Avs and the Coyotes are fine just staying where they are; time-wise and the standings as well. If you like watching good hockey, might I suggest picking up a new cable package, because Monday night's game between the Avalanche and the Coyotes will likely feature very little of it. The two worse teams in the NHL will continue their 2017 tanks for the NHL's next great second line center, Nolan Patrick against each other. While the rest of the NHL continues to forget these two teams exist, get excited Avalanche fans, because the Avalanche might actually win 20 games this year.

NOTES
- The Avs' two goals Saturday came from two players that were on waivers earlier this season.
- With Saturday's loss, the Avalanche have tied their record for most regulation losses since moving to Denver.
- And just because the rest of the NHL doesn't care about this game, the next entry for Avalanche goal song doesn't care either...
