Sunday Open Thread: Winning Isn’t Everything

Good morning all. The Avs lost as usual but the prospects did ok, so there’s that.

RECAP: EDM

Avs gave up a goal early, scored right back on a fantastic play from Sven Andrighetto and that was that. Three unanswered goals and plenty of unanswered questions about the Avs offensive incompetence later, we ended up with a 4-1 loss. The end.

Jostwatch(tm)

Tyson Jost and North Dakota were eliminated on Friday. His buddy Brock Boeser was signed and playing in the NHL yesterday. I don’t advocate that for our young star-to-be but a contract offer should be on the way soon.
