Morning Flurries: I stayed up too late watching the Red Sox game

New, comments

Everything in life is bad.

So many of you don’t know this about me, but I’m a playoff baseball fan. More specifically, I’m a playoff baseball fan when the Red Sox - one of two baseball teams I give a very marginal fraction of a shit about - manage to find themselves in the postseason. (So, really, fairly often.)

As much as I don’t really pay much attention to baseball, I always find myself gravitating towards those World Series games, and here we are now. It’s one am, I have a five-year-old’s birthday party in nine hours, and I have to be at the rink for the Coyotes game another eight hours after that. Tomorrow is going to suck.

So your Flurries are going to be a bunch of tweets. I’m sorry, I’m sorry, I’ll do better next time.

For those who don’t know why life is currently so bad:

For those who like fun in hockey:

For those who like more fun in hockey:

For those who like the goalie gear debate:

For those who wanted an update on Pavel Francouz:

For those who love great jerseys and respecting cultural heritage:

For those who believe in the growth of women’s hockey:

For those who like the Rantanen-MacKinnon magic we’ve been seeing:

and finally, for those who like to laugh:

Ah, good luck with that one, Calgary! lmao.
