The biggest scoring player this week was Shane Bowers, who had two points in Boston University’s only game of the week. Everyone else, well, most of them showed up to play.

Ontario Hockey League

#21 - Conor Timmins (D)
Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds - 43-5-2-1

Timmins is injured and has missed the past few weeks.

#19 - Travis Barron (F) - 0G, 0A, +2
Ottawa 67’s - 21-21-5-3

Feb. 2nd: vs Niagara IceDogs
W 6-5 - 0G, 0A, +2
Feb. 4th: vs Peterborough Petes
W 5-3 - No Points

After last weeks goal scoring, Barron let others do the work.

Western Hockey League

Regina Pats - 27-22-5-0

Jan. 31st: vs Prince George Cougars
W 4-1 - 0G, 1A
Feb. 3rd: vs Prince Albert Raiders
W 5-4 OT - 0G, 0A, -3

Henry got an assist, but couldn’t play the two way game well enough against the Raiders despite the victory.

#3 - Josh Anderson (D) - 1G, 0A, -1
Swift Current Broncos - 37-13-3-1

Jan. 30th: vs Prince George Cougars
W 4-0 - 1G, 0A
Feb. 2nd: @ Lethbridge Hurricanes
L 5-2 - No Points
Feb. 3rd: @ Kootenay Ice
W 5-3 - 0G, 0A, -1

The Broncos had two big wins and one big loss last week, and Anderson was as good as he could have been for them.

#14 - Ty Lewis (F) - 0G, 2A, -2
Brandon Wheat Kings - 29-18-3-2

Feb. 2nd: vs Prince George Cougars
L 3-2 - 0G, 0A, -3

It was a close win weekend for the Wheat Kings, with Lewis getting big minutes, but not putting up the points against the Cougars.

Junior A

Penticton Vees, BCHL

Leivermann has had surgery and will be out for the next few weeks.

Clurman is a top defender for the Buccaneers and it shows in his stats line, going up against the scorers in the loss.

UMass-Amherst Minutemen
Overall: 11-16-1 / Conference: 5-12-1

The normally high scoring Smirnov didn’t get any points last weekend, just like his team and wins.

Notre Dame Fighting Irish
Overall: 21-5-2 / Conference: 15-2-1

Feb. 2nd: @ Penn State

In the battle of Avs prospects neither stood out.

Boston University Terriers
Overall: 15-11-2 / Conference: 10-7-2

Feb. 2nd: @ Massachusetts
W 3-2 - 1G, 1A, +2

The Terrier tore it up against the Minutemen, taking advantage of the light schedule to have a hand in two of three goals.
