We’re off for two weeks and lots happened. NCAA and BCHL playoffs began and some players had big games. Let’s get into it.
Ontario Hockey League
#21 - Conor Timmins (D) - Injured
xyz - Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds - 52-6-2-2
1st overall - Clinched Hamilton Spectator Trophy
Timmins is expected to be back for a couple of tuneup games before the end to the regular season. Even without the OHL’s best defenseman, the Soo Greyhounds have clinched the Hamilton Spectator Trophy as regular season points leader. They’ll have home ice through the entire playoffs if they last.

7th in Eastern Conference, 3 points out of 6th.

Last in Western Conference, 9 points back of 7th.
Nathan Clurman is injured and may miss the remainder of the season, which is just as well since the Buccaneers are out of the playoffs anyway.

UMass-Amherst Minutemen
Defeated Vermont 2-1 in the first round of Hockey East playoffs.
