Tonight, the Colorado Avalanche look to make it an Original Six sweep with wins over the Toronto Maple Leafs, Montreal Canadiens, and hopefully the Boston Bruins. The Avs are playing their third game in four nights against a Bruins team that is coming off a 4-3 OT loss to the Chicago Blackhawks on Thursday night.

Both sides are missing one of their key centres as both Nazem Kadri and Patrice Bergeron will miss this game. Gabriel Landeskog is back for his second game since his injury, scoring a goal and playing 18:34 against the Habs in the win.

Colorado Avalanche

Nazem Kadri is out day-to-day with a lower body injury, so Burkovsky is taking his spot on the second line with Compher and Landeskog. Logan O’Connor was sent to the AHL recently so Kamenev is on the fourth line with Jost and Tynan.

Forwards

Joonas Donskoi - Nathan MacKinnon - Mikko Rantanen

Babe Landeskog - J.T. Compher - Andre Burakovsky

Valeri Nichushkin - P.E. Bellemare - Matt Nieto

Vladislav Kamenev - Tyson Jost - T.J. Tynan

Defense

Ryan Graves - Cale Makar

Samuel Girard - Nikita Zadorov

Boston Bruins

The Bruins are still without Patrice Bergeron (thank god), but he did skate in a non-contract jersey yesterday morning at practice and considering his history of unnecessarily playing through injuries, he might show up in warm-ups.

Forwards

Jake DeBrusk - David Krejci - David Pastrnak

Brad Marchand - Charlie Coyle - Danton Heinen

Anders Bjork - Par Lindholm - Nick Ritchie

Joakim Nordstrom - Sean Kuraly - Chris Wagner

Defense

Zdeno Chara - Charlie McAvoy

Torey Krug - Brandon Carlo

John Moore - Mark Grzelcyk

Goalies

Philipp Grubauer and Jaroslav Halak are likely to be the goaltending duo tonight.
