Brandon Saigeon
The Oshawa Generals were swept (sorry Tom) by the undefeated-in-the-playoffs Ottawa 67’s, who don’t look like they’ll ever lose another game this season.
In brighter news, Saigeon finished the series with three goals and zero assists in what was his final junior hockey playoff series.
Oh look, it's @brandonsaigeon allllll alone in the slot. I wonder what happens next....

Saigeon had six goals and ten assists for 16 points in 15 playoff games. We’ll see if he’s done enough in his overage season for the Avalanche sign him to an entry-level contract. If he does, we’ll likely see him join the Colorado Eagles (who are down 2-1 to Bakersfield and facing elimination) on an ATO, in time for Game 4 on Saturday.
This brings us close to the end of weekly prospect reports for the season, but we hope you’ll join us for more prospect and draft updates as we get closer to June!
