2019 NHL Entry Draft Thread: Day 2

Follow along with all the draft news and notes

Follow along with what is going to be a crazy Day 2 of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.

The second day hasn’t even started yet and we already have a blockbuster trade.

That’s a terrible return for the Predators, but I guess it solidifies their desire to bring in Matt Duchene this summer. If that’s all you can get for a hihg-end RD, the Avalanche had better hold on to Tyson Barrie.

The Toronto Maple Leafs have also cleared a ton of cap space by trading Patrick Marleau to Carolina. The Hurricanes are set to buy him out so he can go back to the Sharks.

The Leafs have also agreed to an extension with Kasperi Kapanan

More tradezzzz

The Picks
