Will this be the week when an official 2021 NHL season plan is announced? In any case there are some hints that the league is getting ready to head back into action.
This was released last month during NHL dot com’s team-by-team countdown but serves as a wonderful preview of the hopefully upcoming Colorado Avalanche season. Get hype!
Speaking of Nathan MacKinnon, a very well-done podcast with a local crew in Halifax. Check them out further if you want to hear from the other Atlantic Canadians under the Colorado umbrella such as Alex Newhook, Matt Stienburg, Shane Bowers and Ryan Graves.
It’s a podcastpalooza! Even coach Jared Bednar spent some time talking about his thoughts and some plans for the upcoming season in a recent interview.
Another sign of the season approaching is prospects and other players loaned overseas have left their European clubs. Martin Kaut’s departure from MODO in Sweden is one of such moves as the club also indicated that he is on his way back for NHL camp.

Just a few months late but TSN’s Bob McKenzie revealed the first installment of his 2021 draft rankings, albeit a few months later than usual. Michigan’s towering defenseman Owen Power headlines the list.
