Currently the NHL’s Phase Two is officially underway allowing Colorado Avalanche players back to team facilities for voluntary workouts in small groups. However, many players are still checking in from their isolation headquarters and looking ahead to the games portion of the return to play plan.

Nathan MacKinnon spoke with Darren Dreger about the announced plans and spending his time back home in Nova Scotia.

In an audio interview with Sportsnet, Gabe Landeskog shared his thoughts on the return to play plan, his isolation in Toronto and offered up his Hart trophy support to MacKinnon.

Matt Calvert checked in with the Altitude crew on how he has been keeping busy with family during the pause.

Also with the Altitude gang, Ian Cole brought the enthusiasm in discussing his eagerness to get back on the ice and finish out the season.

Finally, isolation applies to prospect as well as Bowen Byram talks about continuing his workout regimen in Vancouver and getting ready for whenever Avalanche camp may be.
