Last Friday MHH looked at the number 5, Gusarov won the majority of the votes. Today we discuss the number 7. There have been a number of men who have chosen to wear it.

Bruce Bell: Bruce wore the number 6 for one season. In 1985 Bruce played 75 games. He had 37 points, 44 penalty minutes and was a +32.

Gilbert Delorme: Gilbert played a season and a half for the Nords before being traded to the Detroit Red Wings. In 1986 he played 64 games, had 20 points, 51 penalty minutes and was a -1. In 1987 he played 19 games with the Nords notching 2 points, 14 penalty minutes and was a -1.

Stephane Guerard: Stephane played 30 games in 1988 and 4 games in 1990 for the Nords. In 1988 he notched 10 points and 140 penalty minutes. In 1990 he earned no points, 6 penalty minutes and was a -5.

Gerry Hart: Gerry played two years with the Nords: 1980 and 1981. In 1980 he played 71 games had 26 points, 59 penalty minutes and was a -13. In 1981 he played in 6 games, had no points, 10 penalty minutes and was a -2.

Rick Lapointe: Rick played parts of two seasons with the Nordiques. In 1983 he played 43 games, had 11 points, 59 penalty minutes and was a +14. In 1984 he played 22 games, had 12 points, and was a +9.

Scott Shaunessy: Scott played 3 games in 1987 and 4 games in 1989. In 1987 he had no points, 7 penalty minutes and was a -1. In 1989 he had no points, 16 penalty minutes and was a +/- 0.

Craig Wolanin: Played for both the Nords and the Avs. He joined the Nords in 1990 and left after the Stanley Cup win in 1996. In 1990 he played 13 games, had 3 points, 10 penalty minutes and was a +2. In 1991 he played 80 games, had 18 points, 89 penalty minutes and was a -13. In 1992 he played 69 games, had 13 points, 80 penalty minutes and was a -12. In 1993 he played 24 games, had 5 points, 49 penalty minutes and was a +9. In 1994 he played 63 had 16 points, 80 penalty minutes and was +16. In 1995 he played40 games, had 9 points, 40 penalty minutes and was a +12. In 1996 he played 75 games played, 27 points, 50 penalty minutes and was a + 25 . In the playoffs he had 7 games played, 1 point and 8 penalty minutes.

Rick Berry: Rick played two partial seasons in Denver. He played in 2001 , although he never made a playoff appearance and in 2002. In 2001 he played in 19 games, had 4 points, 38 penalty minutes and was a +5. In 2002 he played in 57 games, had no points, 60 penalty minutes and was a +1.

Bob Boughner: Bob played a total of 52 games between 2004 and 2006 for the Colorado Avalanche. In 2004 he played 11 games, had 0 points, 8 penalty minutes and was a -1. In 2006 he played 41 games, had 7 points, 54 penalty minutes and was a +2.

Chris Dingman: Chris was part of the Colorado Avalanche from 1999 to 2001. In 1999 he played 1 game, 0 points, 7 penalty minutes and was a +/- 0. In 2000 he played 68 games, had 11 points, 132 penalty minutes and was a -2. In 2001 he played in 41 regular season games, had 2 points, 108 penalty minutes, and was a -2. During the playoffs he played in 16 games, had 4 points and 14 penalty minutes.

Jeff Finger: Jeff was part of the Colorado Avalanche from 2007 to 2008. In 2007 he played 22 games, had 5 points, 11 penalty minutes and was a +10. In 2008 he played 72 games, had 19 points, 40 penalty minutes and was a +12.

Jonas Holos: In 2011 Jonas played 39 games for the Colorado Avalanche. He had 6 points, 10 penalty minutes and was a -3.

Erik Johnson: Erik is the current Number 6 wearer. He joined the team in 2011 when he played 22 games, 10 points, 19 penalty minutes, and was a -5. In 2012 he played 73 games, had 26 points, 26 penalty minutes and was a - 7.

Derek Peltier: Derek played for the Colorado Avalanche in 2009 and 2010. In 2009 he played 11 games, had 0 points, 2 penalty minutes and was a -4. In 2010 he played 3 games, had 0 points, 0 penalty minutes and was a +/-0.

D.J. Smith: D.J. played 34 games for the Colorado Avalanche in 2003. During this time he had a point, 55 penalty minutes and was a +2.

Wade Belak: Wade played for the Colorado Avalanche from 1997 to 1999. In 1997 he played 5 games, had 0 points, 11 penalty minutes, and was a -1. In 1998 he played 8 games, had 1 goal and 1 assist, had 27 points and was a -3. In 1999 he played 22 games for the Avalanche before being traded to the Flames. While with the Avs he had no points, 71 penalty minutes and was a -2.
